• provides an Expert Industrial Safety Review of the production systems and facilities for the oil and gas industry, major pipeline transportation systems, and well stimulation facilities;

Special Industrial Examination, CJSC includes:
Expert organization which has licenses to conduct expert safety evaluations from the Federal Service of Ecology and Atomic Supervision (RosTekhNadzor). Our expert evaluations determine issuance of “Permit for use” issued by RosTekhNadzor, which is legally binding for import and operation of equipment in the Russian Federation.
Certification body, which is accredited by the Federal Agency on Technical Regulation and Metrology (Rosstandart). Product and service certification is necessary for assessment of conformity to standards established in the Russian Federation and also provides customs registration of goods. The Conformity Certificate issued by the “Special Industrial Examination”, CJSC is then registered in the Unified Register of Rosstandart.
The test center consists of: 1) a certified laboratory which is accredited to carry out nondestructive and destructive tests; 2) a testing facility for explosives and explosive associated products(i.e. perforating charges) as well as a test cabin for shape charges.
The quality management system of Special Industrial Examination, CJSC is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 requirements that were confirmed by UKAS-UK, GOST R-Russia certificates.
